After an absolutely perfect wedding day at The Landing Resort & Spa in South Lake Tahoe, Danielle and Enrique decided to have an additional bride + groom session! Without factoring in any wedding-day timelines, we were able to calmly wander one of my favorite river entrances in Folsom. We even had time to make a behind-the-scenes Reel of their session, and use a roll of my beloved Portrait 400 film for the session! This session was the most amazing cherry on top of their wedding day!
While we had initially planned to return to South Lake Tahoe for their session, Northern California experienced a bomb cyclone of rainy weather; so we pivoted at the last minute and opted for Lake Natoma instead! We still had a bit of rain, but nothing that a clear umbrella couldn’t handle. From the new location to a new floral designer for Danielle’s bridal bouquet, everything came together perfectly!
